CHRISTINE DRAKE

Every morning I walk outside and closely examine the changes that have occurred during my absence.  The process is a daily ritual - walk, look, paint. Water, bonfire, thicket, sprouts, rock wall.  This is the language given me by daily observation.  Mine is a quiet life bordered by quiet things.  It might be a life of little consequence except that it is witness to the greatest show on earth... Mother Nature changes her costume everyday... and I observe and capture.
